Delivery times may vary depending on the time of year. The dates shown are merely indicative. These times only refer to shipping time; the preparation/production time for each item, as specified for each product, is added to this.

Shipments will be made through our logistics partner: CTT EXPRESSO.
Deliveries are made between 9 am and 6 pm on weekdays. Someone must be present at the indicated address to receive the order. This service does not include scheduling or appointment options, so the delivery will be made without prior contact from the carrier.
All shipped products must be checked upon delivery. If the customer finds that the order is damaged, they must immediately return it to the shipping company, duly justifying the reason for the return on the carrier's delivery note and notifying Pergaminho Design.
Returns
In case of a return, the customer must contact us via email. [email protected] within 30 days of receiving the order, indicating the invoice number, taking into account the following conditions:
The product(s) must be in perfect condition for sale, and if applicable, with their original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding invoice.
– The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and the order must be sent to Pergaminho Design's facilities.
– After receiving the returned product(s) and validating their condition, only the amount corresponding to the value of the merchandise will be refunded via bank transfer, within a maximum period of 15 days.
