At Pergaminho, there are approximately eight steps leading up to the final delivery. All of these steps are important for a satisfactory result, both for the couple and for us. Most importantly, our clients' satisfaction is undoubtedly the best course of action.
There are deadlines to be met in some stages, while in others, such as approval, there is no set deadline, as this depends on the complete satisfaction of our clients.
It is important for the customer to be aware that delivery times vary depending on the duration of each stage.

Contact us
Whenever a client has questions they would like clarified or to discuss ideas, they can contact us via email or WhatsApp. They can also contact us by phone if they prefer a more personal interaction.

Briefing
We typically begin the process with a conversation where the main objective is to identify needs, as well as preferences regarding materials and design styles to be developed.

Budget

used in the project.

Design
We present several customized design proposals for each. We design and create one of the pieces prior to its production. We provide digital files so that the client can view the work being developed. Starting this phase, all materials begin production. We use various printing and engraving techniques on a diverse range of materials, from paper and wood to acrylic. Once this phase begins, it is no longer possible to make any changes to the design, materials, or quantities ordered.

manual work, even handcrafted work, from the application of
